This updated and well maintained townhome is just what you've been looking for! Waterford is a quiet development in the heart of Mt. Pleasant with quick access to downtown, the beaches as well as 526. This awesome unit has recently had the kitchen updated with new cabinets, granite and appliances. The downstairs has smooth ceilings throughout and a screened porch overlooking the lovely pond. The den is in the back where you can enjoy peaceful evenings by the fire. Wood floors run throughout the downstairs with new and durable seagrass runner on the staircase and upstairs hallway. Each bedroom has it's own bath upstairs with a half bath down for visitors. This is an estate sale so sellers don't know the age of HVAC but believe it to be pretty new! Great location in Mt.P!
