Do not miss your opportunity to own this fee simple townhome in sought after Old Mt. Pleasant. There is no HOA or fees associated with this home and it is a 5 minute ride to Sullivan’s Island. There are hardwoods throughout the downstairs living area and new carpet upstairs has just been installed. The kitchen was completely updated in 2008 with new tile, cabinets, granite countertops, backsplash, garbage disposal, upgraded plumbing and wiring. The cabinets have soft close drawers, two lazy Susans, and a pull out pot rack. Along with the kitchen, the half bath was completely renovated as well. A screened in porch was added with a concrete slab and completely wired with fan, outlets and cable. A beautiful patio was poured and etched in a diamond pattern with flower beds strategically placed around. Other upgrades include a new fence (with gate opening modified to fit a golf cart), an energy efficient HVAC in 2013, newer appliances, and stackable washer/dryer that can be included with acceptable offer.
