This is a charming classic lowcountry cottage. This home has great curb appeal with a green metal roof, exposed rafters, and inviting front porch with a blue beadboard ceiling. When you enter, the ceilings are 9 ft. tall and smooth. There is new beadboard wainscoting throughout the living/dining area and new crown molding. The wood floors in this area and the kitchen are also new and give a nice rich feel to the home. The kitchen is open to the living area and has freshly painted cabinets, new granite countertops, new undermount sink and faucet, new crown molding, and new stainless appliances. The kitchen also has a nice long breakfast bar. There are 3 bedrooms and a study that could be a 4th bedroom if needed. All the bedrooms have new carpet and pad. All the baths have new tile flooring. Other improvements include new oil rubbed bronze door hardware, lots of new lighting and ceiling fans, and fresh paint on all walls, trim, and ceilings. The hvac condenser is also new and the front porch trim has just been painted. This is a great opportunity to own a newer updated home just a short drive to Folly Beach and under $250k. Agent has an ownership interest in house. There are still some punch out items left to be completed.
