Cute 3-bedroom home with bright and cheery floorplan. This home has been lovingly maintained, and it shows! The family room and hallway have just recently had nice laminate flooring installed. The family room is an ideal spot to entertain, and it leads directly to the eat-in kitchen. The laundry closet is located here...making it a convenient location. The two secondary bedrooms are located near the hall bathroom. The step-in shower provides an easy access and is designed for handicap assistance. The master bedroom is a nice size for furniture placement and has a half bath. In the backyard, a storage shed is available for many uses. There is a large covered patio on the side of the home. With a simple change to a double gate, this could become a single carport. Vinyl windows were installed approximately five years ago, and the hot water heater is approximately two years old. This home is conveniently located near shopping areas and is close to many major employers. This would be a great place to call home!
