CVH360 Mail Blast Flyers

Do you have a listing that needs some extra advertising, and want it done quickly?  We can produce a Mail Blast email flyer that can be sent to thousands of agents and other registered recipients in the local MLS (other markets available as well).  You can provide the flyer in a multitude of formats (*.jpg, *.gif, *.png, *.doc, *.pdf, *.pub, *.bmp, *.tif) and we will convert it to a high-quality email-ready flyer. 

Effective August 1st, 2007, CVH will begin charging a small fee for flyer creation in conjunction with our MailBlast program. If you are ordering a MailBlast and submit a completed flyer in Publisher, Word, PDF, or JPG format that requires no modification or alteration prior to sending, the fee will remain $35 for your order. However, if you submit loose image files and/or text and need CVH to create the layout, there will be a $15 surcharge added, bringing your total to $50. If you want us to make the flyer for you, we ask for up to 24 hours to design and submit a draft flyer for your approval.

We value our mail blast clients as much as we value those who receive the blasts.  To that end, we will only send Mail Blasts between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm (with the possible rare exception).  Because of this self-imposed limitation, we have limited spaces available throughout the day.  Should you request a time that is already taken, we will make every accomodation to get your flyer out in the next available open time slot.  Be sure to order early so you can get your preferred prime spot!

Below is our priority criteria for order submission and delivery:

1. We consider all orders in the order in which they were placed, then
2. We consider all completed/approved flyers that are ready to go, then
3. We consider the needs of those agents who have a time-sensitive delivery (such as advertising an Open House).  "Just Listed" and "Price Reduced" flyer will be sent after the time-sensitive orders have been processed.
