- If you would like to display all active Virtual Tours produced by CVH on your website, please click here. This is a fantastic program that offers vast exposure to the Real Estate seraching public.
We offer many packages for golf courses. Traditional photography does not express the full picture when it comes to golf courses.
- There are many different options for your to choose from and the prices will reflect how many 360° shots you want of the course
Standard Package- One 360° photo per hole. This would usually be the Green or Fairway and still photos would be used to complete the experience. Ranging from $1200 - $1400
- Silver Package
- Two 360° photos per hole. Normally we would take a 360° photo at the Green and the Tee and complete the hole with still photos. Ranging from $1400 - $1700
- Gold Package
- Three 360° photos per hole. We suggest from the Green, Tee, and the Fairway. We will complete the hole with still photos. Ranging from $1800 - $2500
The packages above each include a Virtual Tour of the Club House and the Pro Shop or any other amenities.
The presentation will be finished off by having interactive diagrams of the course with links directly from the drawings to the different tours.

We will take still photos of your progress as you construct the house or complex. We will take monthly still photos until the completion of your project at which time we will then produce a Virtual Tour of the completed home.
We will add the still photos to a web page hosted by CVH360.com (a division of CharlestonVirtualHomes.com) and linked to whatever website you would like. Or if you prefer, we can arrange to register a domain name specifically for your or your development.
We will also incorporate Elevations, Floor Plans, Amenity Info or any other supporting images.

This will allow you to pre-sell units to out of town customers, and they in turn can keep up to date with your progress. It will also allow potential customers see your quality of work and serve as a fantastic reference for future customers.
Standard Plans start at $600 and go to $1500 depending on the amount of virtual tours and marketing we do for you (additional website design not included in this price). If your website can get 400 Realtors to visit over a weeks time, I think you will agree it is well worth the money.

We have several clients who have asked us to shoot Virtual Tours of the neighborhoods they represent or manage. These include slide shows of the entire neighborhood, and broken into separate tours for subsections. Virtual Tours can used for amenities and other public places, such as club houses, playgrounds and pools.

The question is: Can a Buyer's Agent order a Virtual Tour and who pays for it?
We have produced Virtual Tours for Buyer's Agents before. The key is to have permission from the listing agent. The tour is then created with out giving any impression that the listing is yours. This is key to comply with the MLS rules. Click here for an example.
Our suggestion is to approach the listing agent to see about splitting the cost. We will produce three versions of the tour. There is a small additional cost of $20 to cover the additional versions of the tour.
