I've just reduced the price on my listing in Snee Farm at 705 Ventura to $252,500! Great unit that backs to the golfcourse. It has hardwoods, new HVAC, bluestone patio, smooth ceilings (except in one small area of the 2nd floor hall). Very well cared-for and in move-in condition – good for either the buyer who wants a spacious townhouse in a great location or for the investor who can rent it out immediately (rental histories in Ventura Villas have monthly rents at $1600-$1700 for that size unit). It’s also in one of the prettier and more shaded sections at Ventura Villas, with lots of mature trees. Easy to show.
